Interchange
Vacation Club members points are issued at the beginning of each year for
members to use. Any unused points may be accumulated for up to 36 months, and
members may even borrow up to 100% of the following years points.

has a unique ‘pay only for what you use’ maintenance system known as the ‘User
Charge’.
